Track delegated AI requests in a ChatGPT Space at a property firm
A Yokohama real estate employee keeps one ChatGPT assistant and tracks its requests in a ChatGPT Space list, with three daily checks for stale items. Early test; no results reported yet.
A staff member at a Yokohama real estate company (rental management and condo sales) uses a ChatGPT assistant, which he calls "dot", for research, drafting documents, checking materials and regular information gathering. As the work grew, requests got buried in one long chat. He could not create separate assistants, so he started a "List of Requests to Dot" inside a ChatGPT Space. Each entry records what was asked, current status, conditions or pending items, who does what next, and what counts as done. He also set up checks at 9:00, 12:00 and 18:00 JST to catch entries that are out of date, such as work that moved on in chat but still shows an old status. Casual ideas are not turned into requests, and a draft is not treated as approval to publish. He plans sub-pages in the Space for areas such as article creation, real estate tasks and research, but these are not yet in use.
How it went
No results are reported. The author says he is at the start stage with the request list and periodic checks, and that he does not yet know how practical the method will be. He lists three things to test: whether the assistant reads the right project information, whether changes made in chat reach the list, and whether the upkeep is worth the effort. He also notes that a page named "child dot" is not an independent AI.
Worth knowing
This is a plan and an early trial, not a measured result. The post does not name the ChatGPT plan or any cost, and does not show real list contents (the image is a fictional example). It also says a Space page does not guarantee the assistant reads the right information, so reference range and update method need checking in use. It is one person's setup, not a company-wide process.
Try it yourself
Paste into ChatGPT, Claude or another AI assistant and fill in the square brackets.
I am keeping a list of work I have asked you to do, in this Space. Here are the current requests: [paste list or describe requests]. For each one, show: what was asked, current status, conditions or pending items, who does what next, and what counts as done. Then compare the list with our recent conversation and flag any entry that looks out of date, any task on hold still marked in progress, and anything that was only an idea and not a real request. Do not mark anything as approved or ready to publish. List your proposed changes and wait for me to confirm before updating the list.
