About GetInto AI

GetInto AI shows small business owners exactly where AI can help them: 1,144 practical ideas across 158 types of business, each with the tool that does it, what it costs, what it is worth and how to set it up.

Who runs it

GetInto AI is run from Ireland. The aim is simple: skip the hype and theory, and tell owners who are good at their trade and short on time what to do, what it costs and whether it pays.

How the ideas are made

Every idea follows a written content guide. It starts from a real problem in a specific type of business, names a tool that actually solves it, and shows a worked example with the arithmetic in plain view, so you can swap in your own numbers. Ideas say what goes wrong as well as what goes right, and regulated work (legal, medical, financial) always keeps a qualified person in charge.

The research and first drafts are done with the help of AI tools, which is how the site can cover this many types of business. Nothing is published on trust: every price is checked on the vendor's own pricing page, the date of that check is shown on the page, and automated checks reject anything that breaks the guide's rules, such as invented statistics, missing figures or a cost that doesn't add up.

The In the wild section is different: it collects real accounts of businesses using AI, found across the web every day, rewritten in plain English and always linked to the original source.

Keeping it current

AI tools change their prices and features often. A weekly review re-checks the oldest prices and adds new ideas, starting with the ones businesses are already using in the wild. If a vendor changes a plan, the idea and its figures are updated and the check date moves on.

The details of how costs, savings and payback are worked out are on how we check prices and savings.

Independence

The site is free to read. Some tool links are affiliate links, which may pay a commission if you buy, at no cost to you. That never decides which tool an idea recommends, and ideas that need no paid tool are included just the same. More on how we make money.
